Andrew McGowan was the June guest speaker. Andrew has recently become the Director of the Barnegat Bay Partnership after serving as the Program Scientist for the Partnership for the past three years. vPrevious to that he was the Manager of Estuary Science for a fellow National Estuary Program in Delaware. vHe has experience with a wide range of estuarine issues, including stormwater management, seagrasses, shellfish, and water quality. Avndrew holds a B.S. from East Stroudsburg University, an M.S. from Salisbury University, grew up in Toms River, and is deeply committed to restoring and protecting the Barnegat Bay.
