OCMA President Mayor Curtis welcomed all to the meeting.
Mayor Emeritus Chris Boyle presented the Treasurer’s Report and the Nominations for election. No nominations from the floor. The presented members were approved by the membership. Welcome 2025 OCMA Executive Officers.
Mayor Marshall introduced the guest speaker, Maureen Cosgrove-CTC/CMFO, President Monmouth Ocean Tax Collectors & Treasurer’s Association.
Maureen provided detailed information with regard to the NJ State PAS-1 which consolidates the current Property Tax Reimbursement (Senior Freeze), ANCHOR and Stay NJ programs.
Mayor Curtis introduced Ocean County Commissioner Frank Sadeghi. The Commissioner spoke a programs available though shared services of “Schedule C”.
